What is “Tekkima?”
Tekkima is pronounced “TEK-EEM-UH”. In case you were wondering, Tekkima is an Estionian word and simply means the act of arising, emerging, and coming into being. The essence of Tekkima is that while each of us are on our own journey’s, we journey better when we journey together.
What size should I buy?
A lot of time goes into figuring out the fit of our products and want you to feel confident when selecting your size. Currently we only ship in the US.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders in the US over $100 qualify for free ground shipping. Standard shipping rates apply for US orders under $100, expedited orders, and international orders. Should you experience any issues, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org for immediate assistance.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
All shipping orders are processed from our warehouse within 24 hours of being received, Monday through Friday. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will give you the best time estimate for when your package will arrive. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
Do you ever have special promotions?
Yes, occasionally, but often the only way to find out about them is by joining our mailing list or following us on social media. I bought an item before the sale started, can you refund the difference?
